Established in 2013, Body by Craig is a comprehensive coaching program with the resources to ensure your best results physically, mentally, and in the kitchen. We focus on your individual, progressive development to help you achieve your own crown.
Body by Craig is known for our relentless focus on both optimum and sustainable results. We do not offer or encourage written workout plans, fad diets, quick fixes, or unhealthy weightloss "solutions." We are here to guide your personal development.
Body by Craig trains private clients 7 days a week, 365 days a year, and on all major holidays. We offer live, personal training either face-to-face or remotely via video calling.
